A fusion of uncomplicated core ballet moves and barre exercises that focus on micro-movements to target the legs and glutes. This sequence includes Toe Taps, Plie, Arabesque and Attitudes, followed by a cool-down of hip stretches, foot flexion, and Figure-Four. Props Required: a chair or surface.
