Evening Wind Down - Preview

Shake off the day and release into relaxation to set yourself up for a restful night’s sleep. Start by getting the kinks out of your spine and hips with cat/cow, cross-knee child’s pose, and lizard lunge twist. Next, settle into passive seated stretches, restorative bridge, a supine twist, and ear pinning pose before a final sleepy savasana. Props Suggested: Two blocks, bolsters, or pillows.
