Expand beyond all perceived boundaries. This class tests the resilience you’ve built over the course of the week. Begin with a Surya Namaskar sequence and various breathing techniques for grounding and balancing your energy. Then, use a powerful kriya (a dynamic physical exercise and breathing technique) of rhythmic movement to energize the brain, release stagnant emotions, and support your immune system. End with Breath of Light and a guided relaxation. Leave feeling lighter and empowered by your new shift in perspective. Props Suggested: A blanket.
