This fiery class will get you flowing quickly in order to build heat and open your hips while strengthening your upper body in preparation for eka pada koundinyasana (flying pigeon). Move and sweat through sun A's and creative sun B's with malasana squats, fallen triangle, and half moon, then break down flying pigeon before adding it to your flow. Finally, enjoy a stretchy cool down and savasana.
