Begin seated with a Kundalini-inspired warm-up. Move onto all fours for a Thoracic Spinal Twist into Thread-the-Needle. Continue to build heat with Plank strengtheners, Sun Salutes, Knee-to-Elbow along with kicks and Side Switches. Take a creative approach to Crescent and Warrior. Complete core work with Mermaid Crunches before bringing up your heart rate one last time with Jumping Jacks (lots of them!), followed by a short and sweet cool-down. Props Required: 2 blocks.
