Active Tension Release Before Bed - Preview

Prefer a little movement before you hit the pillow? Instead of a traditional wind down like slow and restorative poses, this 20-minute Hatha class primes the body for bedtime with a light dose of hip mobility, Supine work, and a Pranayama exercise to release tension throughout the body and mind. Enjoy fellow yogis and sleep on. Props Suggested: 1 strap, 1 block.
