Have fun and get your cardio fix with a fast-paced Pilates-dance fusion workout. This class will break down the steps but keep you moving, so you get a full-body workout in a short amount of time. Warm-up with grapevines and jumping jacks, move through both standing and mat ab work, then get a final heart rate boost with dancer burpees and kicks before a quick cool down.
