About Jacy

Jacy Cunningham is a celebrity trainer, movement therapist, and motivational speaker on a mission to redefine what it means to be well. A former Howard University football player, he left the sport in 2012 and found his way to the intersection of movement and meaning, developing The Jacy Method, a physical and emotional movement experience. He has since created fitness, meditation, and motivation classes for partners including Alo, Nike, and Red Bull, and holds certifications from AAAI/ISMA and Qoya Yoga. Based in Los Angeles, his teaching is guided by one belief: move people, in every sense of the word.

I've been using Glo for over 5 years now. My preferences have changed over time along with the intensity of my workouts. Glo has something to offer for whatever season I'm in currently.
