Consider this stretchy sequence your go-to cool down after cardio. We'll slow down some traditional Pilates movements and make use of props for maximum stretch. When your body is warm it's the perfect time to become more connected and go a little deeper. Props Needed: A tennis ball, a yoga block, and a yoga strap.
