Even-Keel Mind - Preview

This practice is designed to mellow your mind and strengthen and stretch your entire body in just 20 minutes. After a mild warm-up, move through standing poses to work your legs and open your upper back, then try out a few balance poses to cultivate power poise. Finally, after lifting into bridge and wheel, it's all supine poses right into savasana.
