Hunched over and don't know where to start practicing? This unhurried sequence, done with the support of the floor, will help you begin mobilizing your shoulders and upper back. Move through a series of poses focused on balancing and gently strengthening your upper body. Show your shoulders some much needed love and unburden them with movement and space. A great class after a day you've been hunched over a desk, work table or baby holding. Props Needed: Two blocks and a blanket.
