You’ll progress from smaller, feel-good twists to deeper twists to peak in Parivrtta Ardha Chandrasana (Revolved Half Moon). The energizing flow includes some challenge, with twists in Low Lunge and Goddess Pose before Parivrtta Ardha Chandrasana, Ustrasana (Camel Pose), and hovering Trikonasana (Triangle).
