Find creative ways to access your shoulder girdle through trikonasana and parsvotanasana, utilizing hand clasps and backbends to create fuller breath and mobility in your shoulders. Use this space through a series of backbends with camel and full wheel before resting in savasana. Allow for more movement around your head, shoulders and upper back. Props Needed: Two blocks.
