This class aims to ignite the core of your body, stimulating your thoracic diaphragm through uddiyana bandha kriya. You'll then continue waking up your core with more traditional abdominal work that uses a blanket on a hard floor. Finish with some kapalabhati (shining skull breathing), creating an internal fire to support your entire body. This works great for a quick dose of core or as an add on to a full-body practice.
