Designed for teachers, this practice is all about the sagittal plane. You’ll focus on engaging the posterior chain — especially the hamstrings and glutes — through a strong sequence that peaks to Warrior III on a block. Enjoy anatomical language as you glide through Glute Bridge, Bird Dog, One-Legged Uttanasana, a Crescent Lunge variation, and Warrior III, then round out in Dhanurasana and Ustrasana before finishing with Figure Four.
