Take a steady and slow (yet not too slow) class! Link poses together, creating continuity of movement. Emphasize precision, ease and fluidity. Build greater staying power and meditative awareness within the poses. Flow through surya namaskar to warm up your body. Move through standing poses for the first half of class, then come down to the ground for deep stretches. Props Needed: A block, blanket, strap and a bolster.
