Slow-paced, but not easy! This higher-level Hatha practice invites you to consider many definitions of “strength” while slowing things down, exploring isometric holds and detailed transitions. You’ll increase your awareness as you build strength in Tabletop holds, Forearm Plank, Chair variations, Skandasana (Side Lunge), Horse Pose, and Dolphin.
