This higher-level, higher-intensity Vinyasa practice explores backbends from start to finish. You’ll begin with a gradual warm-up, then move steadily with attention to detail, focusing on the process rather than attaching to an outcome. Start in supine poses and core work, then flow through Sun Salutations and sequences with Anjaneyasana, Plank to Locust, Chair Pose, Warrior III, Wild Thing, Warrior II with Eagle Arms, Camel, Bridge, and Wheel Pose. Expect lots of backbends infused throughout.
