Three dimensional awareness of the border of your body creates a spatial and kinesthetic relationship between where your body meets space and where space meets your body. This mindful practice comes from easeful and fluid movement with both integrity and permeability. Use standing asanas, backbends and supine twists as vehicles to facilitate that quality of integrated movement within you to feel the two atmospheres (inner and outer) play together.
