This fun, rehab-focused Pilates class supports a safe return to movement after injury, with special attention to the hamstrings. Expect gentle stretching, controlled strengthening, and clear cues that emphasize proper form and core activation. The slow, intentional sequence includes Seated C-Curve, a Bridge series, leg and ankle stretches, a Tabletop series, All Fours work, and Pilates arm exercises. Please note: This class is for those looking to return to practice and does not support injury management. We suggest consulting with your doctor or physical therapist before practicing if necessary.
