This Hatha practice integrates your core and lower-body work with a new layer of complexity to really activate your full-body strength. You’ll explore held postures and mindful transitions to test your power from head to toe. But be ready to have fun, too! Postures include Side Plank, Pyramid, Revolved Crescent Lunge, Sugarcane Pose (Bound Half Moon), and Dolphin.
