Start moving right away with three doable rounds of warm ups that have the feel of a sun salutation, but are not. Each round is similar and yet distinct to make sure your entire body gets warm. The standing poses open your hips and strengthen and stretch your legs. The seated sequence is an even mix of hip openers, arm balances and back bends. All in all this is a very balanced sequence.
