This practice is designed to get you moving when you don’t have much time. A little is better than nothing! You’ll mobilize your spine, open your side body and hips, then finish with an energizing backbend and stabilizing twist. Postures include Half Moon, Anjaneyasana (Crescent), Parsvottanasana (Pyramid), Pigeon, Dhanurasana (Bow Pose), and Ardha Matsyendrasana (Half Lord of the Fish Pose).
