This Vinyasa practice welcomes all levels, including beginners, for a lower-body focused flow that builds leg strength and physical awareness for a solid foundation in standing postures. You’ll move through a grounding sequence with Supta and Utthita Padangusthasana (Reclined and Standing Hand-To-Toe Pose) variations and Parsvakonasana (Side Angle) before peaking in Ardha Chandrasana (Half Moon) and rounding out in Dhanurasana (Bow Pose) variations.
