If you have a habit of holding tension in the body, this practice focuses on yin-based twists and will allow you to unwind with ease and release the pent-up fire element (pitta dosha) from the body. You will do cooling pranayama (breath techniques) to assist the process and also practice unwinding to be able to sit in our experience of inner ease. Props Needed: A block.
