This slow, soft flow focuses on your connection to the earth to help you find your grounding, and is especially beneficial during times of seasonal change and busyness. Take your time through Low Lunge to Half Splits, Warrior II with Eagle Arms, a Side Angle variation, Wide-Legged Forward Fold, Tree Pose, prone backbends, and Pigeon.
