This Hatha practice builds strength with slow, held postures and attention to detail while maintaining space for softness. You’ll utilize blocks in fun ways while moving through Chair Pose, Runner’s Lunge, Pyramid, Warrior II, Triangle, Malasana (Squat), and Dolphin, then finish with a nice hip stretch in Gomukhasana (Cow Face Pose).
