This Hatha practice moves through familiar postures while allowing more time to explore your sensations, breath, stability, and control. You’ll build from grounded core work into a slow, steady standing sequence and back-body strengthening before softening into seated postures. Highlights include Side Plank variations, Warrior II, a Side Angle variation, Tree Pose, prone backbends, and Seated Straddle. This class previously aired on September 19, 2025.
