This feel-good flow focuses on your shoulders in a progressive sequence that peaks in Pincha Mayurasana (Forearm Balance). You’ll begin by gradually opening your shoulders, exploring movements with a block, then transition through Forearm Plank, Dolphin, Vashistasana (Side Plank), and Flip Dog before reaching the peak posture. Round out in Urdhva Dhanurasana (Wheel Pose) variations and an easy twist to finish. This class previously aired on August 18, 2025.
