This feel-good flow focuses on your shoulders in a progressive sequence that peaks in Pincha Mayurasana (Forearm Balance). You’ll begin by gradually opening your shoulders, exploring movements with a block, then transition through Forearm Plank, Dolphin, Vashistasana (Side Plank), and Flip Dog before reaching the peak posture.
