With lots of binds and upper-body variations, this practice enhances shoulder mobility while helping you to find a sense of freedom within constraints (physically and mentally). The steady, strong flow includes Gomukhasana Arms, shoulder flossing, Bound Side Angle, Bound Trikonasana (Triangle), Shalabhasana (Locust), Eagle Crunches, and Supine Figure Four.
