This creative class focuses on stabilizing and strengthening your core in a Pilates-inspired flow. You’ll start by activating your core with moves like Supine Leg Lifts, then progress through a steadily building sequence with Warrior III, Standing Splits, and Utthita Hasta Padangusthasana (Extended Hand-To-Big-Toe Pose) to peak in Hanumanasana (Splits), feeling strong.
