You’ll open your shoulders and hips while moving through Cat/Cow, Cobra, Down Dog, Anjaneyasana with Eagle Arms, Pyramid, Wide-Legged Forward Fold, Warrior II, Chaturanga Push Ups, Pigeon, and Seated Twist.
