A complete practice when you’re short on time: five minutes of breathwork, 10 minutes of movement, and five minutes of meditation. Enjoy Nadi Shodhana (Alternate Nostril Breath) and Breath of Fire, then flow through Down Dog, Standing Forward Fold, Cobra, Boat Pose, standing postures, Bow Pose, and Supine Twist before finishing with seated meditation to settle your mind.
