A short and sweet breath practice that provides an understanding of the practice of shitali or shitkari, the quintessential cooling pranayama used in the teachings of Ayurveda and yoga to calm the pitta dosha and dispel heat from your body. According to Ayurveda, during the transitionary time of menopause, heat builds up in the body, and it needs to be released. Emphasize the importance of experimenting and listening to your body.
