We look out at the world with nearly every waking moment, but many of the pressures and activities of modern life can strain our eyes. These seated practices utilize palming, shoulder exercises, lion's breath, a simple forward fold, and eye exercises to both ease and strengthen the muscles around the eyes. Optional Prop: A blanket to sit on.
