This Vinyasa practice considers dynamic relationships between effort and ease, strength and flexibility in yoga poses. The energizing, steady flow includes Bird Dog, Three-Legged Dog, Warrior III, Warrior I, Natarajasana (Dancer Pose), Gomukhasana (Cow Face Pose), and Savasana.
