This class is designed to reach your entire body — starting at your feet and working up — using a smart combination of isolated techniques, postures, and transitions. You’ll move steadily through Lunges, Chair variations, Warrior II, Triangle, Horse Pose, Tree Pose, and prone backbends to show yourself love from head to toe.
