It helps you develop control, awareness, and stability for standing poses while addressing any foot issues to improve balance. The creative, prop-assisted sequence includes Pigeon variations, Parsvottanasana (Pyramid Pose), Garudasana (Eagle Pose), Warrior II and III, Vashistasana (Side Plank), and Utthita Hasta Padangusthasana (Extended Hand-To-Big-Toe Pose) variations.
