Strength comes in many forms, some more obvious than others. This practice presents an opportunity to build resiliency in your mind and body through a softer, milder practice. The steady yet relaxing sequence includes Half Sun Salutations, Revolved Low Lunge, Chair Pose, half-bound Side Angle, Side Plank variations, and Wide-Legged Forward Fold.
