Winter Restorative - Preview
Unwind, move inward, and reset your body’s rhythm in this practice that embraces nature and the winter season. The gentle, reflective, and restful sequence includes Paschimottanasana (Seated Forward Fold), modified Ardha Matsyendrasana (Half Lord of the Fish Pose), Supported Bridge, Halasana (Plough Pose), and Savasana.
