Quick and effective, this all-levels practice is thoughtfully sequenced to offer a pick-me-up at any time on any day. Flow through Half Sun Salutations, Low Lunge, Parsvottanasana (Pyramid Pose), Chaturanga Push Ups, dynamic Parsvakonasana (Side Angle), Bridge, Figure Four, and a twist.
