This practice is designed to support your body’s natural immune function. You’ll move slowly through an anatomical sequence with pumping movements that work the lymphatic system. Start with Diaphragmatic Breathing, then explore upper body movements, move down the trunk with spine movements, into the lower body, and then work back up before ending with a moment of relaxation.
