This stress-relieving practice targets areas that frequently hold tension (shoulders, neck, and upper back) using powerful breathwork and somatic movements, like rocking, shaking, and big arm sweeps. Start with a seated warm-up, then move through variations in Tabletop, Lunges, Pyramid, and Revolved Triangle before cooling down in Happy Baby and Savasana.
