Like anything we use regularly, our lower back requires maintenance. This practice tends to this area with thoughtful postures and exercises that leave you more at ease. You’ll work on maintaining strength and stability in your pelvis, core, and back with Pelvic Tilts, Figure Four, Supine Twist, Cat/Cow, Anjaneyasana, Utkatasana (Chair Pose), and a standing backbend, learning ways to lessen lower back pain on and off the mat.
