This class is all about the core. You’ll explore your core as a 360-degree container around your entire torso instead of just aiming for “six-pack abs,” and discover how to support the lumbar spine in your yoga postures. Flow through a strong sequence with isometric moves in Supine Tabletop and One-Legged Tadasana, then Triangle and Revolved Half Moon lead into Glute Bridges.
