Enjoy a simple yet strong sequence with modified Side Plank to Fallen Triangle, Sun Salutations, Vrksasana (Tree Pose) variations, Crescent, Warriors, and Dhanurasana (Bow Pose), then finish with Gomukhasana, Navasana (Boat Pose), and a newfound sense of equanimity.
