Designed for athletes to release tension, this practice moves your spine in all directions and unwinds large muscle groups (think: glutes and groin). You’ll flow through a moderately paced sequence with Bird Dog variations, Low Lunge, Half Split, dynamic Warrior II to Skandasana (Side Lunge), and Figure Four.
