This practice takes you through a strong, creative sequence, then slows down at the end to turn inward with forward folds, twists, and meditation. Flow your way to peace in Supine Vrksasana (Tree Pose), Plank variations, modified Lotus Pose, and Bridge to Urdhva Dhanurasana (Wheel Pose), then enjoy Janu Sirsasana (Head-To-Knee Forward Fold), Ardha Matsyendrasana (Seated Twist), and guided meditation.
