All roads prepare you for Compass Pose in this higher-level flow. You’ll twist, side bend, open your hips, and stretch your hamstrings. Move through a strong series with Down Dog variations, Skandasana (Side Lunge), dynamic Malasana (Squat), Bound Side Angle, and Bound Triangle, then peak in Surya Yantrasana (Compass Pose) before finishing with mild backbends and forward folds.
