This gentle class gives your body and mind the license to chill. You’ll focus on extending your exhales to facilitate the relaxation response while exploring prop-assisted postures that move your spine in all directions. Poses include Supported Down Dog (carefully using a door), Side Stretch, Supported Backbend, Supported Twist, Supported Seated Forward Bend, and Savasana.
